Sure. We use ATS to manage all of our hiring. Every hiring stage is automated with human touch maintained. There will be multiple round of interview including Technical and Face-to-Face HR round interview. You will get automated emails as when your application stage changes.

We are working from Monday to Saturday with 2nd & 4th Saturdays as off days. Our office timing generally starts by 9:30 AM.
Designated holidays generally range from 14 to 16 days every year.
There is a monthly paid leave is 1 day per month. All leave balances are visible in the payroll software.
No, work from home option is not available. Physical presence in the office is required for all employees.
The initial probation period is 6 months, though it can be extended or reduced at management's discretion.
The payroll cycle starts from 26th of the current month till 25th of the next month. Salary is generally credited in the first week of the calendar month. Payment is made via cheque or bank transfer using NEFT or RTGS.
All Office expenses are paid in actual and processed atleast twice every month. All expense reimbursements are subject to approval by the respective reporting manager.
Traveling expense is reimbursed only when you travel for office related work. Traveling from your home to office will not be reimbursed. However, direct traveling from home to client's place is reimbursed, subject to following due process.
You must work exclusively for the company, meaning no other employment or business activities are allowed. You cannot take on independent assignments without written consent from the Business Unit Head. You should also avoid conflicts of interest with suppliers or customers.
Salary revision after probation is dependant on multiple factors, the most important being your commitment and performance at the time of probation period. However, there is no guarantee there will be an increment.
You CTC component will include both fixed and variable portion. Fixed portion is paid every month after tax deductions. Variable part is paid once every year.

Yes, we do have an ESOP program but ESOPs are provided only after reaching a basic qualifying criteria. Other detials of ESOP will be provided only after Joining.
